One of our prime international research partners is the Center for Activity Theory and Developmental Work Research at the University of Helsinki in Finland. The methodology of developmental work research (DWR) relies on interventions aimed at helping practitioners analyze and redesign their activity systems. The theoretical framework is cultural-historical activity theory (CHAT) in which the idea of expansive learning is of central importance.

The SARAH Network of Rehabilitation Hospitals consists of seven fully operational hospital facilities dedicated primarily to the treatment of neurological problems in children and adults. The Network also includes the International Center for Neurosciences and Rehabilitation and the SARAH University for Rehabilitation Sciences. The main pathologies treated at the Network are neurological problems in children.
