Many UC Links programs are adaptations of the Fifth Dimension program model. The Fifth Dimension is a program that offers informal learning activities for young people, both in school and after school. The children and youth in Fifth Dimension programs work together with university students to develop both cognitive and social skills. Using both computer-based and hands-on tools and materials, the Fifth Dimension creates a dynamic social environment for learning through play.
