I think you will find interpreting Leontiev without the concept of goal
a challenge, but it would be interesting to see what came of such an
endeavor. The centrality of the method of dual stimulation, perhaps the "ur"
concept in chat, or one of them, depends upon the assumption of
an active subject. Eugene or someone more familiar with Russian
terminology could help with respect to how the term "agency" maps.
