I've been talking to Joan Bossert at Oxford University Press this week
about helping xmca'ers order this volume easily and at a discount. The
news is good for anyone interested in ordering the book at this time.
The list price is $49.95 but you can order it for $35.00 plus $2 shipping
by FAXing your order to Joan's assistant, Joe Schorn, at (212) 726-6443.
Include in your order your shipping address, billing address, credit card
# and expiration date.

At the moment, Oxford is considering publishing it in paperback if there
is sufficent interest in using it in courses. If you do use the book in
your course or think you would use it if it were in paperback, please let
