I agree with Glenn's observations about the time-constraints on
teacher-reserchers and that enculturation into the journal article
culture is often something beyond the access of many teacher-researchers; I
guess we may explore e-mail networks as a means to interaction and
dissemination of teacher-research, and community building. Some work
has been started in Hong Kong; though again the most needy schools (e.g.,
schools located in working class residential areas) do not have access to
e-mail facilities... But I do hope this situation will improve in the
future if there will be some advocacy work... done to the government...
