Thank you, Angel! When I contrasted my remembrance of the film
title with your correct version of the film title, I laughed out loud,
startling the kids here in the school library!

My title, I think, reveals my own gay parapraxis. How funny!

Reading the rest of your note, re: Confucius, was a little
bitter-sweet for me - since I don't know any western cultural history
that is parallel to Confucius - with such a generous way of being
inclusive of men and women being major forces in life. Also, the
pleasant ambiguity of Confucian logic which reflects the shifting sands
of life.

Or, am I being too romantic? No doubt.....
