[xmca] Plain text messages

You must send only *plain text* to the xmca server. I admit I don't
understand how you're message got through at all with the bold removed.
What happens to me, when I forgetfully send a message with formatting, is
that a blank message is received by everyone. "Plain text only" is a
setting on the server which is used because the appearance of messages with
formatting made by a variety of different applications may be unreliable
and sometimes very messy. So the choice is to avoid this by forcing
everyone to send only plain text.
