Tks for the tip Phil. I tryed the "author" button in "xmca mail by threat" at

As you note, it only gives us current month posts of a member - although we can search them month by month.
But I was thinking in those intranet search tools - a box into which you can type a word or expression - that gives you instantaneous results.
