Hey folks,

I checked the interactive website on Eugene's server to see what's up with the
constitution. I discovered there are several folks honored on web pages,
which is kind of cool and unofficial-looking, so please don't be put out if
someone's not there thst you think should be. There are also scroll bars
within scroll bars, something to pay attention when looking for people's
comments that otherwise might not seem to be there

There's a page that everyone will find of interest -- and that is the section
on "Reviewing and Selecting proposals", since the process could make a
difference whether YOUR proposal is accepted or not. Should the process be
competitive, which might favor those who can write snazzy proposals, but make
it difficult for younger members to be seen? Should there be some reserved
slots to encourage certain topics or populations? How are we to determine
what qualifies? How are we to decide what is fair? Make your opinion known
at:

I'd love to read what you think!
