[xmca] FW: pelaprat and cole, minding the gap

Mike sent me the attached article when we were talking about imagination and creativity, and asked that I wait till the Lave discussion was over before forwarding it to the list. With that discussion now behind us, as far as I can tell, I'm sending his recent article, which I have found very helpful in thinking about the role of imagination in higher mental functions. p
