The person in Russian (Soviet) psychology I knew who pushed the idea of
communication as an activity, and not a central constituent of activity, was
Boris Lomov.
He did not love the ideas of LSV and did not love those did. So the
attached, both of which appeared in *Soviet Psychology*, are polemical
pieces that seem unkind to
interlocutors "from the other side." But they seem relevant to the
discussion.
Delete if uninterested, of course.
