yes, and here is Denmark, Volker.I "teach Vygotsky" at the University College Nordjylland, where I meet students, teachers, educators, people in the psychiatric system.
As more a NGO activity, I am active in "Performing Network", where we play, perform a "head taller tahn we are", that is where we mix Vygotsky with Wittgenstein, and inspirations especially from New York (Lois), Sweden (Leif), Serbia (Vesna), Macedonia (Lina), and last not least Moscow (Kravtsova/Kravtsov and the Golden key Schools)..
And in a new book: /Pædagogisk Psykology (/Pedagocical Psychology), 2009, I wrote an article about Vygotsky:/ a cultural-historical view on motivation, identity and learning.

Hi - Sweden's calling2006 I wrote "Vygotskij i praktiken" (Vygotsky in Practice) - a text- and field book - especially made for teachers, pre-school teachers and rectors/principles (and also but in minor degree - trainee teachers) I give lectures, seminars, workshops etcetera together with teachers at their workplaces (it means I travel a lot) - many teacher teams also read my book in study circles Up til now I have met about 100.000 people in such arrangements all over Sweden (and Norway).Leif Strandberg school psychologist Sweden 30 maj 2009 kl. 20.52 skrev Shirley Franklin:I think it would be great to include a copy of the syllabii.I am finding this all so interesting, tho challenging to collate! I started teaching it 20 years ago, when I first arrived at the University of Arizona. This fall I will add a section to the course in Spanish; the students who want to participate will do additional readings in Spanish, for which there is an abundant literature, and our discussions of the readings will also be in Spanish, switching to English as needed. Time permitting, I will combine the Spanish section with videoconferencing with some students in Puerto Rico andMexico. I have also had informal gatherings, or "tertulias" as we say in Spanish, aboutVygotsky in Spanish, where students can read and discuss not only Spanishtranslations of Vygotsky and other colleagues' writings, but articles by Latino and Spanish authors (e.g., Riviere, del Río & Alvarez, Baquero, Arias, GonzálezRey, Rodríguez, Corral, among others) whose work do not usually appear inEnglish. To those colleagues who have responded to your initial query: would it behelpful to also include a copy of the syllabi used in our courses?
