[xmca] 5th dimension work

Hello Mike:

In my quest for recent work regarding the functional method of dual
stimulation I am wondering if you or your grad students have any updates
regarding this valuable work. I understand that 5th dimension work is not
specifically functional method of dual stimulation but it is certainly
genealogically similar. Haven't heard much from the front line regarding
this subject.
