One of the more comprehensive K-12 math education websites is The Math
Forum, FYI:
This used to be totally free when subsidized by federal dollars. Now
they evidently engage in cost-recovery, but still there are many links
to problems, online math resources, etc. that are freely available on
this site.
Also, you might check out your local public library system. I know that
at least in Brooklyn, NY, if you go to the Brooklyn library website you
can get access to homework help. Kids can logon and get a live
mentor/tutor who will help them and provide practice problems, etc.
