[xmca] Brief thoughts about Valsiner

I am glad their is interest in Valsiner!

1st I would like to state that I do not see Valsiner as a replacement for
CHAT but rather an augmentation. Professionally I spend a great deal of my
time working with individuals. Valsiner's views assist me in theorizing
about how individual's navigate the social realm.

Instead of trying to summarize what Valsiner writes in his article I would
much prefer to have people post the problems people see with his theorizing
about what he calls the 'process structure' of sign development.
