Hi Carol and all,
I think we do well to keep a chip on our shoulders, to remain suspicious
and vigilant and vocal.
In 1974, not long after I turned 15, I was welcomed into the fold. My
age prevented a thorough engagement and interventions by the Canadian
mission to the UN and local Swiss authorities (we lived in Switzerland
at the time) resulted in the group withdrawing their interest in me by
the time my next birthday rolled around.
They are saavy and slick and have only gotten more so. My regards, Carol.
