That's a very interesting paper.
It makes me think about people resistence to oficial standards in
schools, in their day-by-day practice. Many times, they (standars) stay
only in paper and schools and people "make believe" that are doing
everything as established by Governments.
But, without no doubght, there is that kind of bias rigorous pointed by
you.
