Mike, Eva & Ricardo - i thought that the silence was a collective
taking a breath of air, before the plunge into chapter three of Jim's book
- i was waiting for the question to appear like what had introduced
chapters one and two - presuming that someone had volunteered to moderate
the discussion for chapter three.
