http://www.oise.utoronto.ca/~ctd/networks
NETWORKS is a new on-line journal focused on teacher research. This
journal offers teachers working in classrooms from pre-school to
university a place to share their findings and learn from each other.
NETWORKS will include:
. feature length articles
. short reports of work in progress
. book reviews
. discussions on current issues in teacher research
. responses to published articles
. upcoming events in teacher research
Work done by teachers individually or in collaboration with other
teachers and researchers is welcome. Articles will cover a wide range of
issues related to classroom research on teaching and learning, such as:
. curriculum
. research methodology
. ethics
. collaboration
Classroom teachers at all levels will be involved in reviewing the
manuscripts. The emphasis will be on a reader-friendly writing style
that gives a clear account of issues, questions and classroom inquiry.
The Editorial Board is made up of people who have interest and experience
in teacher research and who represent different classroom contexts and
geographical regions. At any time, at least 50% of board members should
be practising classroom teachers in K-12 schools.
