Hi everyone, The message that follows is from Julia Hough from Cambridge
University Press and it is about "Electronic Academia: An anatomy of on-line
communication" book #3 that I wrote about all of you, talking, thinking,
mind-storming and building a beautiful community. I am so thrilled and
think that perhaps you will be too. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity
to be a silent and admirative observer of action on the lists, thrilled
that you all provided me with such rich insights and materials for this book,
and thrilled that with you I was able to overcome most of the symbolic
terror. An immense thank you to you all, something that I feel many times
and want to say now.

Francoise

Dear Francoise,

thanks for sending the proposal and sample chapter for your book. they look
intriguing, although I'm stymied by so many quotes! (eg how it creates a
book) but we must be flexible in these changing times. anyway, I am
interested and will get back to your shortly.

all best, Julia
