Dear All,
Wanted to submit one more inquiry regarding interest in the following two
themes for possible AERA symposia:
> Second life, WoW, and Other Virtual Environments for education
> The role(s) of qualitative (multi-modal) research in the conduct of research
on learning and development
Therešs room for 1-2 more abstracts on either topic if youšre interested in
joining otherwise, Išll close this call and get working with those whošve
already expressed an interest...
Cheers,
Michael~

Mike mentioned that there might be some folks interested in the second theme my interest would be in discussing work wešre doing on mathematical manipulatives, mediation, and sense making in the PreK-3 classroom as part of an NSF-funded project... Just thought Išd throw out a couple things to see whošs interested Išd be happy to lead/coordinate sessions around either one of these themes... Thanks!
