Geoff--- If you send along your paper we will post it on "Papers for
Discussion" and that way those who want to
download can, those who don't, don't have to swallow it in their in boxes.
We will announce when it is ready.

We have too few papers that seek to apply CHAT ideas at broader levels of
social organization and as you can see,
many are interested in such efforts.
