Having been asked to write a review chapter on "the commodification of
classroom discourse," I am looking around for recent work on the subject.
I mean "commodification" in a relatively narrow sense: things specifically
inspired by Marx' concept of the commodity, as articulated by Adorno,
Horkheimer and perhaps Habermas. I'd also take references to analyses
of classroom discourse inspired by Bourdieu's theory of language.
