I would recommend his (Csiksznetmihalyi's) article in Sternberg's
Conceptions of Giftedness,
and a recent co-aothored book Changing the World in which his theory is
further expanded (other authors, H. Gardner and D. Feldman). I think the
publisher is Greenwood,
