well, i have not don too much about this yet, so it's mostly a feeling i
have, and i do not agree with myself every day.
the picture of the zone of proximal development some times seems like the
history deterministic picture of history. the child is guided by the adult,
through the wilderness, in the direction of the endpoint of history
(communism). this is at least how i have (mis-) read engeströms use of the
concept so far.
i'll return yo this later on.
(but now i have to go home and let some real-estate agent into the
appartment i have hired for a while)
