Hi Xmca-ers,

Here's a position announcement for a research scientist working with
me and others on a project that involves a multiyear longitudinal
study of engineering students and a related study of professional
engineers. Any one with background with ethnographic methods or
cultural psychology or science studies are good candidates. A main
category of interest in this study is the formation disciplinary
identity so scholars with an interest in the intersections of
identity, knowledge and practice are urged to apply. I will be
filling this position immediately, so you could find yourself in
Seattle in September, which is a beautiful time of year here.
