You should be aware that having students copy chapters from books as you
describe is a violation of copyright law unless you have express permission
from each publisher which I doubt they will give. They will tell you to
buy the book. Lots of faculty do this sort of thing but they don't usually
advertise the fact over the web. This is one of those violations, like
copying music scores or test forms, that will cause the publishers to go
after you. This will give your university attorney a heart attack. Some
universities were successfully sued for huge sums over this a few years ago.
