I have an extensive bibliography/library on improv theater, but after
reading your own writings I think you probably have much of this
already. My own favorite about Second City is called _The Compass_ (the
name of the forerunner group at U of Chicago which invented improv
theater). It's nice in combination with Spolin's book _Improvisation for
the Theater_. Let me know if you want other refs.
