Dear Colleagues,
I am happy to announce the public defence of M. H. Sci. Jaana Nummijoki’s PhD thesis in adult education: "Breaking New Ground in Home Care Encounters. Shared Transformative Agency between Home Care Workers and their Elderly Clients”.

The Opponent of the dissertation is Professor Alan Bleakley (University of Plymouth). Professor Emeritus Yrjö Engeström (University of Helsinki) and Professor Annalisa Sannino (University of Tampere) have supervised the thesis. Professor Sami Paavola (University of Helsinki) will serve as the Chair of the defence.

The defence takes place on Friday, 12th June 2020 at 12 o’clock.
