Hi Helena, The relationship of the word to culture seems to be about form, not material. Otherwise all sounds would be words and this is not the case. There is a relationship to material in that if we take the air away, nothing can be spoken. If I don't have any pen or paper, I can't write a letter. Kind regards, Annalisa
