  3. A lot of help

  3. Help with choice of specific words
  4. Help about what to write about (topic)
  5. Help by prompting or accessing prior knowledge
  6. Help by typing while child dictates text (Child > UG)
  7. Help with translating words/ideas
  8. Help with reading (especially Maga’s responses)
  9. Help of some other sort. Explain ___________________

The undergraduate (UG) is required to write two scores at the bottom of the child’s text as follows:
(UG’s initials) /I, II, or III/ 1-9

So a typical entry would look like the following:

KG/ III/ 1, 4, 6, 7

Note that there are often multiple forms of assistance and all should be recorded with a comma between each one.
