This is a digitalART literacy activity for elementary and middle school children. This storytelling activity can be introduced and completed in an afternoon or a few 15 minute sessions. See instruction below.




Mr. Jacob's Art Workshop
Download powerpoint files:


1. To start, download both PowerPoint components; "Mr. Jacob's Story" and "Start Your Own Story" above

2. Show the powerpoint, "Mr. Jacob's Story," to the children (either as a group or individually).

3. Use the "Start Your Own Story" (filename: digitalart.ppt) as a template to chose your pictures and create your own story.

4. Send completed stories to uclinks@lists.berkeley.edu so we can publish them on the web.
