Dear All,
Your response has been positive, and we are pleased to tell you that we will hold our regional meeting on July 1st (first gathering at the end of the day, 17:30pm),
and will hold sessions on July 2nd and July 3rd, finishing mid-afternoon to provide plenty of time for those attending the EGOS meeting in Montreal to get there.
Your graduate students are also welcome to attend. Distinct and/or joint sessions will be planned depending on attendance.
Thirty rooms have been reserved on campus, and there are hotels near by or in the old town.
The website presents the call for papers, and basic information. Additional information will be added as we get organized.
