Re: [xmca] problems with accessing list messages



Hi Colette,

The same thing happened to me when our university changed the format of our
email address. I was still receiving messages because the old address was
forwarding them to the new address, but because you are accessing them from
a new address which is not registered with xmca you cannot reply or open
attachments. Took me months to work out why no one ever answered my
comments! The easiest thing to do is go to the xmca page and resubscribe
from your new address and then cancel the original subscription.
