Re: [xmca] Access the complete digital archives of our Russian & East European journals

Martine, Mike, Is the issue related to the name change, from Soviet Psychology, or was that earlier? jen

I'm confused. My university library has access to the Journal of Russian and East European Psychology from 2001. I just checked, and this remains the limit to access. Does the library have to request this extended access?

Decades of original scholarship and source material on some of the most
momentous developments of modern times are now accessible in digital format
for the first time. Launched not long after Sputnik in the late 1950s,
these journals comprise an unmatched primary source record, in expert
English translation, of the cultural and intellectual revival in the Soviet
bloc, from the "thaw" years of Khrushchev's de-Stalinization campaign,
through the traumatic collapse of the Soviet Union, to the ensuing years of
rapid change in Russia and other independent post-Soviet societies. Current
institutional subscribers to any area studies journal now receive *free
access* to the complete digital archive of that journal. Most of this
content is *not* available in aggregated journal databases.
