Today's New York Times carries a report from the watchdog for the Great Bailout of the banks and financial corporations deemed too big to fail. 

He says, in sum, that the US Department of the Treasury, charged by Congress to administer the bailout billions, deliberately favored Wall Street and screwed Main Street.
