Dear Peter thank you for sending the Newsletter to the list, I was  
also thinking about distributing it.

From the point of view of the ISCAR Secretary I would like to welcome  
everybody to join ISCAR. ISCAR membership fees are very low (25$ per  
year) and support a series of meaningful activities such as conference  
participation of colleagues from the majority world, or PhD workshops.
