[xmca] New Orleans

The pending hurricane in New Orleans called to my mind this morning
the lyrics of a Neil Young song aptly titled "Let's Impeach the
President". Naively I hope that politics does not get in the way of
people and environmental well-being in the face of disasters in New
Orleans, India, Myanmar, Cuba, China.................................

What if Al Qaeda blew up the levees

Would New Orleans have been safer that way

Sheltered by our government's protection

Or was someone just not home that day?
