Dear Colleagues,
        Because of technical difficulties experienced in different parts of the
world--cyclone in India, etc--we have extended the submission
deadline till Friday, February 22, 2008. If you
should have any further TECHNICAL
difficulties please send mail to
iscar@iscar.ucsd.edu all other questions should
be relayed to the
relevant individuals on the "contact us" webpage
of the Congress website: iscar2008.com.
