You might also consider Transana (http://transana.org/), developed
here at UW-Madison. It's not the most intuitive program (but none of
these programs seem to be), but it's pretty good, has accessible
support (David Woods here), and is a bargain. There's also a multi-
user version that offers some great collaborative usage.
