[xmca] reply to adams, aizawa paper

It is so interesting to me that this area of research holds within its
realm references beyond the work of CHAT and socio-cultural study. The
thesis adams and aizawa present is grounded in positivist thinking and only
relates merely to a subject-object world. Dialectic relations are ignored
and their argument states nothing of culture or contextual boundaries. In
my view it is a very short-sighted work. Here is a web address for a reply

However, in this rebuttal there is no mention of cultural contexts either.
