I think the point is that MIND is not produced FROM the head, rather MIND arises between people in their social interactions as mediated by tools and signs and this mediated activity has led over millions of years to the development of a brain adapted to dwelling in MIND to begin with.

My view? OF COURSE the mind is in the head.... but not only. If it were only
in the head it would stay
there and not kill people. Too damned good at killing people as it is!
