Re: [xmca] Elections for CH-SIG Officers for 2008-2010 -- reminder

Hi David,
I don't know if it is "worth" for you to do it. It depends on what
societies you want to officially join and pay for the membership. You do
have to be a member of the AERA first. Our membership is an additional
$10/year (or $18/2 yrs; $5/yr for students). If you are planing to
participate in the AERA conferences, then it would probably be good to
also join our SIG. Another reason to join CH-SIG would be if you want to
participate in the CH-SIG activities: as a reviewer for the program
proposals, discussant/chair of program sessions, member of the awards
committee or any other CH-SIG officer). We do have international
scholars as members.
