Great--later is also better for me. This will also make it easier to
involve interested students.

And yes, although some things do transition as the book proceeds, the
notion of joint activity is central throughout.

Finally, thank so much for the article on Mescheryakov's work--sounds like
something that will be fun to take a look at while we're exploring the
Cascades of Oregon.
