[xmca] CH-sig and Dewey Sig at AERA

I am back to working on a joint CH/DEWEY sig discussion at AERA.
Matt Pamental from the Dewey sig is interested.
I do not recall who here at XMCA is interested.
Please email me personally if you have an interest so I can push this
along and not bother folks who are not interested.
