[xmca] Toolsfor thought

As I am a newcomer to the xmca it took me a while to think, but it seems I
can contribute my drop: a neuropsychological point of view on the problem.
Luria followed Vygotsky's idea of "extracortical organization of HPF" in
development of a Systemic-Dynamic approach to brain-mind problem. Attached
is my paper on the problem.
