PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION
University of North Carolina at Greensboro
The School Transition and Academic Readiness (STAR) Project at the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro invites applications for a
Project Coordinator position to begin approximately May 1, 2007. STAR is a
5-year project funded by NICHD to examine early cognitive and emotional
processes and their integration over the preschool years. Investigators are
Susan Calkins, Marion O'Brien, Stuart Marcovitch, and Esther Leerkes.
Responsibilities include training and supervising staff and students in
data collection using a wide range of developmental and physiological
assessments, data management, and data analysis. Candidates must have at
least a Master's degree in child development or developmental psychology and
excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and SPSS or SAS.
