So, the best way to fight terror is to promote state terror worldwide? For
us in Latin America, these are not news, but that now these branches of
torture are so closely managed by US operatives is quite incredible. No more
second thoughts, so it seems, or no more transfer of jobs out of America.
Some jobs seem to remain in american hands, even if they are done in soviet
era compounds. Surprising how the countries have resigned sovereign spaces.
