Seems like folks have had enough time to recover from the Spanish adventures
to think about closing the poles on an article to discuss concerning the
object of activity. But only 10% of the electorate has voted so far. Given
the number of people from around the world who have visited the web site
seems like we should be able to do better than that on representation. So,
