*The PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT at WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY* invites
applications for a tenure-track appointment in developmental psychology at
the Assistant Professor level beginning July 1, 2006, subject to budgetary
approval*. *Expertise in any area is welcome. The successful applicant will
have the opportunity to supervise students in the MA and PhD programs in the
Social and Developmental Psychology area. Hiring decisions will be made on
the basis of research excellence, teaching ability, leadership abilities,
and fit with departmental needs. Applicants should have a PhD, evidence of
commitment to and superior ability in teaching, and an active program of
research with strong potential for external funding. Applicants should send
a curriculum vitae, copies of recent publications, a statement of current
and prospective research interests, a statement regarding teaching
